Absolutely wonderful service from a friendly, knowledgable, and highly efficient man. I am absolutely delighted with my chair and after sales service. I have had my chair for a number of years but was able to obtain a new hand set and a new motor saving me hundreds of pounds on a replacement chair. Recently bought an emergency recliner chair for our elderly mum because her old one stopped working. I phoned the shop around lunchtime to check stock and delivery etc. Spoke to a lovely guy who was so knowledgeable about which type would be a good fit for mum.
