I'm about 2 months post-mortgage. Pending the sale of my previous house, TotalChoice told me I would be able to re-cast my mortgage with as little as $10,000 in cash as soon as I had made my first payment on the new mortgage. New mortgage was sold to a different company within DAYS of signing it, well before any payment was made. Took me a few weeks to sell the previous house.
