not a perfectional company. The name has changed. I went to have my services rendered and no one was even there. I would not sugest this business to anyone. Fake business. Do not buy this on groupon. This business get's no stars from me. It wont allow me not to put a star on. no stars from me.
It was a complete nightmare to deal with Total Bodyworks. I ended up walking out instead of having a massage with my Living Social voucher. When I made my appointment the receptionist gave me incorrect information regarding the pricing for my services. Days before my appointment I left two messages to change my scheduled services and I never received a return call. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. I bought a Groupon for a massage at Total Bodyworks. It was the worst spa experience I have ever had. First of all, the spa itself is not clean. Secondly, the staff is unsanitary. The massage therapist was coughing and sneezing on her hands and not washing them in between. Needless to say, I left midway through the massage, which itself was sub-par at best.
Also had a groupon to this place, very unprofessional. Employees were rude, and I also did not get a gift basket. The smooth jay giving the 5 stars below must work for the company.
I purchased a groupon for a couples massage, which was suppose to include a gift basket. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. It's a rented out office building with dirty tables, clutter everywhere and inexperience massage therapist (if you want to call them that, I really do not think they went to massage school). bought a package on groupon for my parents and when we both tried calling to make an appointment it says the number is disconnected, obviously a scam! what a waste, working with groupon to get my money back
