Dr.Ken is the best of the best! Highly recommended!!
Just an amazing physical therapy office. Dr. Ken is incredible. He’s very patient and comforting. He’s encouraging of progress throughout the the visit, and subsequent sessions. He is extremely friendly and inviting, but helps push you to the limits you can handle with each visit. I wouldn’t think of any reason not to utilize their services! Also, April, the office assistant, is hilarious and personable. Just an overall excellent physical therapy doctor, facility, and his staff.
Extremely unprofessional!!!!! They called me ten minutes before my appointment just to tell me that she couldn't do my therapy because she can't work after 6:00pm, also she can't work before 8am. I understand their hours are different due to covid, but for the looks of it after talking with them several times over the phone it seems like they accommodate everything around their personal schedule. At this point I guess it was better for me not to ever be seen by them, I wouldn't want to be in their hands.
Friendly and inclusive staff! I always felt welcome and important during my therapy! All were very knowledgeable too!
Owner/Manager has drained the swamp of all unprofessional employees and has hired a very professional team! I won’t hesitate coming back in the future!
