This small studio has a mighty team of highly trained, committed professionals. I got to witness the team leader, Jeanette, engage in a respectful conversation with an 89 year old male dealing with neuropathy in his legs, and over three sessions she was able to create a series of very useful Pilates-based tasks to greatly benefit his body's self-organization. Bravo!
Jeannette has a superb knowledge of the body due to study on multiple professional levels. She takes a careful individual approach to each client and helps you work toward your own best body function and balance. The sessions are challenging but realistic for you. I recommend Total Body Wellness highly.
Instructors are excellent. They strive for perfection and guide you to do your best. I go one morning a week and wish I could go to Total Body Wellness every day.
I had a wonderful initial visit with Janette and tour of the studio. Looking forward to working with the team to further my pilates practice.
Awesome workout. Knowledgeable instructors. Very pleased I will be going back.
