RecommendedI was so glad to find Total Body Wellness! I had been driving all the way across town for Pilates equipment classes. Not only is Total Body Wellness closer to me, I am loving it! The teachers are so caring and careful with our bodies, yet at the same time give us a great work out! Very positive, enjoyable environment!!! I have also enjoyed reflexology at the studio. This is not all that is offered there! I encourage people to check them out and see all the different services provided! Fabulous place!!
Trust me - you will feel and look better!! Jeanette is the best! Extremely qualified and a truly lovely and caring person!!
I have taken Pilates from Jeanette for many years. She is an excellent instructor and motivator. I highly recommend her and her facility. :-)
