Highly recommend Total Body Image Hi. My experience at Total Body Image has always been positive. I have been going to Renee for about a year and use several of her services. She is always kind, professional & punctual. She is very thorough when explaining her services and all the health benefits that come along with these services. I would recommend Total Body Image to everyone considering colon hydrotherapy or endermologie.
Won't Return or Recommend Unprofessional in just about every sense of the word. Renee was very rude, even to the point of hostility. She was inappropriately dressed, carried her dog around with her and talked on her cell phone repeatedly instead of paying attention to the paying client in front of her. Unprofessional Renee (owner) is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. This is a groupon purchase. Rude on phone should have been my first clue. When i arrived for my scheduled appt. the place was wide open, door propped open. Walked right in and no one was around. After about 5 minutes Renee appeared and rudely asked if I had an appt. and for what service. She IMMEDIATELY asked for the groupon and told me she needed to collect TAX and GRATUITY UP FRONT. Very rude owner I went to the Parma location for a Chei massage, hot sauna & colon hydrotherapy package. I laid on the table for the chei massage in front of the store front window. I felt very uncomfortable. Then the owner came in with her yip yip dog & a construction worker. They were standing all around me & talking about fixing the place. NOT RELAXING.
