Tait is a rare find - a health practitioner who genuinely listens and advises based on every client's individual circumstances. He looks at the whole picture, physical and mental, to get you where you want to be (and beyond). For me this was looking at an underlying fear of injuring my back while powerlifting. The improvements to my physical conditioning have increased immensely since receiving guidance from Coach Tait Brown. What he has established with Total Body Benefit moves past pre conceptions of Exercise Physiology, with attention to each clients individual needs.
