Excellent customer service from TYLER (so sorry) saved me 100's of $$ on a battery for a kids toy...he immediately found a better way, used his magic lol and my bill was $50 along with a 1yr guarantee for a battery...ur awesome and I certainly appreciated ur fast, efficient service!!...Fantastic staff..Thank u
I must say Im very impressed with the Total Battery staff! Every time I have a question or just want to stop by the store to see what’s new, they’re always friendly and extremly helpful with all my solar and battery questions.
Not impressed with the warranty program. When you have to drop off you battery to see if you are able to clam the warranty on a 5 month old battery and need it to start you vehicle in the morning. Not a helpful place where they turn around and say they don't need to sale. Any better places to get batteries there are better places to get batteries in Pembroke that actually want to help and serve you. I have dealt with other total battery stores. The service needs to be great now I'm not sure
