To be completely honest these people have horrible customer service skills, they are rude and full of themselves. You ask a simple question and you get laughed at. I went in and purchased a battery and When purchasing it, the guy said that there is a return policy and an exchange policy then two weeks later when we went in to return it because it didn't work on the project we needed it for, the woman that we were speaking with acted as if what we were asking was crazy, until we told her what the guy had said. Had to replace my car battery, you had it in stock, so I picked it up on the spot. The price was better than my other shopping around. I asked when I had last replaced it on this vehicle and your service staff checked my records. It turned out that it was 10 years ago, which is pretty amazing for a car battery. I think it just speaks to the quality of the batteries that you sell.

Excellent customer service from TYLER (so sorry) saved me 100's of $$ on a battery for a kids toy...he immediately found a better way, used his magic lol and my bill was $50 along with a 1yr guarantee for a battery...ur awesome and I certainly appreciated ur fast, efficient service!!...Fantastic staff..Thank u
