July 21, 2025, I have been blessed to receive excellent care from every therapist at Total Balance Therapy! Today after being seen by the urologist, I began Pelvic Floor Therapy with Allyna Smith, I am so excited because just in speaking with her I have a hope for an improvement of life. I didn't really know what to expect when I arrived at my appointment, but I was delighted with the care and compassion shown to me by Jessa, and I learned a great deal of information from her. I look forward to my next appointment and to resolution of my condition.
Christy is wonderful! She will listen to you and assess the issue and then have you execute exercises to rehabilitate your injury. By stretching, massage, and strength training.
