I had recently hurt my back at the gym. Shelby had set up a station at a local dance competition I was attending, and was able to see me for a 10 minute assessment. In those 10 minutes, she was able to give me my mobility back. Shelby gave me some really good tips and exercises to use, and then helped to tape my back up so that I could stand straight again.
