I would have never financed with this business if I had a better credit score. It’s businesses like this that take advantage of many people like me struggling to make ends meet and just need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to places like grocery store, doctors appointments and school. These people are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. They are heartless . I wish I never gave them my business. This is the message I was sent after recently purchasing 2 cars with them. Do not go here ! This is with Total Auto Finance. We will not be able to give you any more extension on your deferred payment. If you can not come up with the down payment it means you can not afford this vehicle. You have time till 6 pm today. If the payment will not be made your car will be repossessed. Sincerely,

All customers getting approved with certain downpayment amounts, but sometimes they can be short partially and cannot pay everything at the time of the purchase.
