I called her, she was totally unprofessional.I didn't even think she was a real law firm.There were other people speaking in the back.She made me repeat myself, and she totally dismissed me very quickly.And told me she wasn't interested or had no availability for any new clients wasn't looking to take on new clients and the best thing for me to do was to find somebody else , I don't know what else to say about her.
This has been the easiest tax season ever. Thanks to Natalia! And it was a big year too. Highly recommend her no nonsense simple approach.
