Regarding PT Enoch Mills. Run don't walk away. Worst PT I've ever experienced (only lasted 20 min). He's given up on his job and doesn't care about helping people - maybe once did. Extremely unprofessional and rough. Tugged on my legs sending the injury type of shooting pain into my back that makes you end up at physical therapy. Didn't listen to my request to move slower and more gently (I have a bulging l5/s1 disc and degenerative l4/l5). Told me "you seem like the type of person who would just go home & not do any work." ... read more

Phil P. is a rock star. I don't get the negative reviews. Some interesting personalities. But Phil has been great super engaging and helped my son thru a unique hip injury.

Brittany, who earned her doctorate in PT, is knowledgeable and highly skilled. Amy and Jamie, who conduct aqua therapy PT, are also terrific. I do think that some of the aqua therapists need to be more attentive while patients do aqua therapy. Just like in the gym, patients need continual feedback: minor to major corrections regarding posture and body positioning. Their computers should be checked between exercises. At other times, the focus should be on the patient's precise movements.

I was told that the Dr took our insurance and after 2 visit found out that the Dr does not take the insurance. The Dr office said they don’t know who told me that and there was nothing they could do. Neither the billing office or Dr office would help and told I have to pay full bill.
