Unique Tory Burch pieces fill this glam environment. I found the service to be helpful and friendly and the store is so gorgeous. If you really stop and look, you will find quite a few things to fill in your wardrobe!
Horrendous Service!! Never going there again. I needed a new pair of sunglasses and went to this location (where I've previously shopped) to get them. I couldn't find them at first and was wandering around aimlessly. No one would help me. I had to go throughout the store finding my own pairs of sunglasses to try on. At one point, a salesman was standing next to me as I was asking my friend to help me (he clearly saw and heard) and never offered help at all. Beware! British Sales Associate! – If a British accent sales person tries to assist you, you are very unlucky! I have had numerous horrible experiences with her since I started visiting this store. She is nasty as hell. I used to be her client at the very beginning and then I switched to a different sales associate. After that, she started harrassing me whenever I went to the store. Great store! – One of my fave stores in the world! Lush clothing and velvety store environment. I feel like a princess every time I walk in there! The only problem is...why do they hire 19 year old girls who cannot seel for the life of them? Tory Burch...rethink your staffing!! You will make millions more!
