Great experience from start to finish. My PS5 was overheating and they were able to get me in the same day and had it fixed within a couple hours. The technician clearly knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process really easy. I was back up and running the same day. Highly recommend.
Tortello Repair went above and beyond to repair and upgrade my laptop. Her ability to communicate the complexities of a computer to a lay person are excellent. She even picked up my laptop and took it to her shop. Her prices are very reasonable. Service and expertise are a great combination!
