Mallory made my shopping trip such a pleasure! She was so friendly and helpful, right up until the literal last minute as the store was closing. She helped me find the perfect fit for a bra — my shape and size have changed a lot since having a baby and nursing, and she went back over and over to help me try different sizes and styles, and really knew what she was talking about in assessing fit and making suggestions. Placed an online order for pick up, and was cancelled - went in store and they had the item a few isles right across from the workers, no reason to cancel it. PLUS it was $7 more expensive in store, and have to wait 7-10 business days OR a full billing cycle for my refund. Would not recommend at all! Oh just to add once it finally refunded, suddenly 8 days later they charged me for this again, even though the online order was cancelled. Now I have to call or chat again and waste my time AGAIN. Agnes was so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed and helping me choose what fit and complimented me perfectly! It’s not always a fun experience shopping as a plus size girly so thank you Agnes for making my shopping experience a great one! 🙂
Went to the limeridge location after searching for over an hour for a dress to be a wedding guest. When I came in I was helped by a super sweet and pretty woman, I unfortunately forgot her name im so sorry 😭🙏🏻 but the service was amazing she found me the perfect dress and made sure it was a comfortable fit. Also I love how the changeroom has a fan lol all stores should have those… thanks so much for the great experience the staff was so amazing
