They have some cute clothes, I wouldn’t say it’s that good quality and it’s definitely overpriced! I can literally go to Maurice’s and get way cuter clothes for much better prices!!
Went to the Lime Ridge Mall location for the first time today (March 13/25). This is my new fave store. The staff was incredible. Very helpful, friendly and professional. The clothes are beautiful, well made and they have great sales. Best of all, so many different styles and all of them in sizes that fit. And a bonus: the change rooms have adjustable fans. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.
The last couple times I have went there this lady working there was very rude bad attitude not helpful I talked to the manger about her the first time then went back a few days ago same women working there she schould not be working in customer service dealing with the public I won't go back there I talked to another worker there and put in a complaint .
I had the absolute best shopping experience at Torrid, all thanks to Mallory! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the styles and fit of the clothing, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces. I love shopping at Torrid. I am a huge advocate of the brand with my friends and family. This location has terrible customer service. I felt like I was being treated as a 2nd class citizen. There was a fundamental lack of customer service, kindness and human decency especially from Karla at the change rooms. She needs to either change her attitude or change her job.
