My problem is with the corporation not this location but since i couldn't find anywhere on the website to complain its on here. I've been shopping at Torrid since they opened up in California and they've definitely improved their styles but now im noticing skinnier models on the website, the clothing styles are getting less & less more for curves. Shorter shorts, short length tops, etc. What gives Torrid?? What gives.?! I feel like they're trying to squeeze bigger women into styles that just aren't going to work. I don't car... read more

Went into this store around 5pm yesterday and spent about 20 minutes looking around. Unfortunately not once did I see a sales clerk ask me anything or offer to help. By the time I got around near the counter I stopped and watched while 3 people just were standing together talking. Yes you guessed it they all worked there including the manager Who did apologize when I called them out on there total lack of customer service. Never been in this store and will never choose to go in to this one again anytime soon.
