I'm so disappointed that I need to find a new store to shop for bras which is hard considering I'm a 40f! I went to the Bristol location and no one when I say absolutely no offered to help!!! I but all my bra from torrid since 2019. This is not a he first time this has happened neither! While standing there totally ignoring me talking they missed out on a big sale! And I'm sad to say I will not be spending my money there anymore

Clothes have a tailored fit that is impossible to find elsewhere. Staff is always helpful and courteous!! Pinnacle location has the best employees and managers!
The store manager, Leslie, is super rude. I can’t believe these people work on commission. I called to speak to the store manager to ask why her associate wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. The associate told me that it was a corporate policy, no public bathroom. Leslie got hateful with me and told me that this was just my side of the story, that the associate told her something different, which i don’t know what that could be??
