I had such a wonderful experience at Torrid today. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was organized and easy to navigate-but what really stood out for me was the incredible service I received from your sales associate Jenn. She was great! Highly recommend.
I get so overwhelmed shopping in store- this time I ordered online and I came to pick up. I came right when they opened and I think it was the store manager that helped me. She was wonderful helping me get different options when something I ordered didn’t fit right and got me other things to try in similar styles in the size needed and was was patient in explaining how I can still get the things I want if they come after I will be leaving home since it is days past the arrival time. I’m not have bought anything here but my wife did. I don’t know what to say about these two ladies that were in here. They went above And beyond with customer sastifaction. Store was clean and tidy. Nov location in the mall.
