Ugly and expensive clothes ! Cheap materials! Ridiculous
Usually love torrid but this one only had sizes 0 and 1 really. What's the point of a larger person store if all the clothes out are only the smalls and mediums.....
Absolutely love the Woodlands Torrid! They actually care about their customers, as compared to the crap Deerbrook location. I had an issue with my online order. They fixed the issue and corrected my order within minutes! They literally went above what they're required to, just to get me the boots I wanted. I will only go to this location for their dedication to their customers and the level of customer service they give.
Trying to look for plus sizes at other stores is limited. This place has very comfortable clothing for me,size 18. Everything here was clean. The fitting rooms are large and comfortable. The ladies helping are sweet and patient.
