The women that work here are chitchatting and gossiping when customers are in store. I felt unwelcomed and they are very unfriendly. They are there talking about others in their personal lives and it is very unprofessional. Do your job and earn your paycheck! Your not in high school anymore grow up! I was there to purchase more but, was so annoyed I left!
Two wonderful women by the name of Paige and Cassie absolutely saved my day. I had a Memorial in an hour, and they put in every effort to make me feel beautiful. I left with a fantastic outfit that I could've never put together myself. Thank you, ladies. Your patience and fashion sense are a marvel to me.
If you are going to hire women who love to gross please remind them to do out of ear shot of a customer. As the customer, I could hear every "funny" and nasty comment the said "behind my back". I would rather pay whatever fee needed online than to EVER return to that store again.
The employees are always so welcoming and helpful! Love coming to Torrid, I always leave with more than I was expecting though lol
