Went shopping on Feb 14 and Jakara was amazing helped me find dresses for my anniversary dinner and some new clothes. I felt heard by her and her kindness was refreshing. Ended up getting three dresses and three rompers. Stephane that checked me out and she was amazing as well! photos of the clothes 🥰
Normally this is my go to store. But the last experience when I was picking up a shirt I had shipped to the store was less than desirable. The sales associate (not sure if she was management) was not nice. Even my boyfriend made a comment - it seemed like she was annoyed when I did not want to buy more. Trust and believe I buy my fair share, It may be online shopping but I do support Torrid. No excuse for being unfriendly.
Not entirely sure when they took her out of South Park Mall, the reviews make it seem as though it’s still here, but I’ve walked around the mall for the past hour, and it’s nowhere to be found. So don’t waste your time.
Long time thick girl, first time shopper. Carly and Shelly were SO nice. Felt very welcome and left happy with a bag full!
