Joanne was so sweet and helpful! The other lady in there was great as well!! The clothes are really nice quality, they had really good outfit stylings on the mannequins and helped me pick out a couple pieces. Will definitely be going there for clothes again.
I have a store right around the corner from me, but I’ll happily go out of my way to visit this location because the staff are always so wonderful. They are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to help. My toddler, my mom, and I shopped there today, and we all had the best time. The store is always well recovered and fully stocked, and the fitting room area is great. Spacious, comfortable, well lit, and good mirrors.
Customer service at this store was impressive! Seeing that I had a lot of merchandise, Joanne kindly offered to take the garments to the flitting room for me while I continued to shop. When I was ready to try on the items I had selected, she had a fitting room reserved for me where my selections were neatly hung. She was just outside of the door ready to assist.
Went shopping on Feb 14 and Jakara was amazing helped me find dresses for my anniversary dinner and some new clothes. I felt heard by her and her kindness was refreshing. Ended up getting three dresses and three rompers. Stephane that checked me out and she was amazing as well! photos of the clothes 🥰
Normally this is my go to store. But the last experience when I was picking up a shirt I had shipped to the store was less than desirable. The sales associate (not sure if she was management) was not nice. Even my boyfriend made a comment - it seemed like she was annoyed when I did not want to buy more. Trust and believe I buy my fair share, It may be online shopping but I do support Torrid. No excuse for being unfriendly.
