Things have improved a lot since my last review. I will keep updating my review as I see consistency on the way that the ladies make me feel when I visit. But lately I've noticed I've been treated a lot better.
Never been here but was told by a friend to come in and check them out. Caitlyn was so nice and helpful 🥹
I love Torrid, but the women who work at this store are consistently unpleasant. I once caught one of them huffing and puffing because I didn’t yell back “hello” across the store. Then I saw another employee actually scolding a young woman for folding a bra she was purchasing in half, saying she should never do that—until the poor girl apologized profusely. I went in on my birthday 03/11 and Kaitlyn & Rachel made me feel like I had gained 2 new friends. They made sure I left happy and I did. They are phenomenal women. Thank you! ladies
