I went in on my birthday 03/11 and Kaitlyn & Rachel made me feel like I had gained 2 new friends. They made sure I left happy and I did. They are phenomenal women. Thank you! ladies
I didn’t get to buy anything but the service and love I got from the two ladies working Friday night (12/13) was amazing! I’ll be back just because of them. I wish I would’ve gotten their names. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to try to help me find a red dress for my family pics the next day.
It's pricey and very cramped in there for someone who is disabled and has to use a mobility scooter to get around.
I had been shopping for a new bra for weeks..Penneys, Belk, No one wanted to help me..Most of the time the ladies wanted to stand and talk to coworkers...I saw a store online. It was Torrid at Concord Mills..I am so very glad I went there!! Jamie was wonderful!! She was with me the whole time I was there, getting me bras, different styles and sizes to try on. Finally got one I liked, she helped adjust it to where it was comfortable..I want to say THANK YOU to Jamie for going above and beyond!!! Excellent customer service!!!
