Great customer service
The ladies that work at this store are really pretty awesome. Retail can be a difficult job but I never have a bad experience here. The clothes are pretty snazzy as well!!
Do not order online and have it sent to the store cause they don't do their job in scanning the package to send you notification of it being received and ready for pick up.. I will NEVER order from torrid online EVER again!!!!!!
