I came in here yesterday and had a lovely experience. My daughter was really active and squealing throughout the store. All the associates were so sweet to her. They made it seem like she was welcome, which allowed me to get some clothes I needed for work. Every associate made the experience easier. I know that they offered to order product online for any sizes or products that weren’t available in store, which helps since stores can’t always control what products they receive. It’s bad enough when you go into a regular store knowing they won’t have your size, but to go into a plus size store that only carries up to size 22/24 was very disappointing. I went through every rack to see that they only had sizes up to 3/4 (torrid has a 0-6 sizing scale). I asked the sales associates if they carried any 5s or 6s and they said their store does not and that I can go online to find my size. It’s one thing if old navy tells me this, but a plus size store that is supposed to cater to women my size? Very sad. ... read more
