I’ve been shopping at Torrid since they opened their first N.C. store decades ago. This store has seen its ups and downs in the last few years, but when I went in the other week, I was met with fresh and friendly faces. Everyone was happy to be there, happy to greet me, and happy to help me! Abi, Sharon, and Erin were beyond kind and welcoming and answered questions I had. I recently visited this location with my mom for a bra fitting, and I was very disappointed with the service. According to the store's website, they encourage customers to come in for a bra fitting, but when we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. I approached an associate to request a fitting for my mom, and she immediately called the manager. (She may have been new, so that wasn't a big deal.)
