The staff at this locations were so friendly and everything within the store was well organized and easy to find!
Torrid is a wonderful store. They offer clothing and lingerie options essentially from size 10 on up. The staff was phenomenal and answered any questions that I may have had. They also assisted when I was in the fitting room trying on different items. I definitely recommend stopping by and doing some shopping.
I’ve been shopping at Torrid since they opened their first N.C. store decades ago. This store has seen its ups and downs in the last few years, but when I went in the other week, I was met with fresh and friendly faces. Everyone was happy to be there, happy to greet me, and happy to help me! Abi, Sharon, and Erin were beyond kind and welcoming and answered questions I had. I recently visited this location with my mom for a bra fitting, and I was very disappointed with the service. According to the store's website, they encourage customers to come in for a bra fitting, but when we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. I approached an associate to request a fitting for my mom, and she immediately called the manager. (She may have been new, so that wasn't a big deal.)
