Easy to process online returns and helpful staff to find what I was looking for.
Just had the best experience. So many options at amazing prices. All staff were friendly and helpful. With all the sales and rewards, I will be back again and again.
I hate clothes shopping because of my body style. I never visited a place like Torrid. It felt "normal." Not like a "plus size" store. I was treated with respect and even offered tissues when I cried after I found something I felt beautiful in. You cant put a price on feeling confident.
