I had ordered jeans online that ended up being to big, so I went to the store to return them. I didnt even think about doing an exchange, but they asked if thats what I wanted to do. ABSOLUTELY! All of the ladies were super helpful, and even though they did not have the exact same pair, they helped me finding something similar and I was happy with what I picked out.

Incompetent employees. Extremely rude and disorganized. Followed me around the store very closely. Like I’m brown calm down it’s not that deep.
Went in to find a new strapless push-up bra as I’ve lost weight and needed to change sizes. I don’t know what the disconnect was but when I asked for help the woman pointed across the store like she didn’t have time for me. I was like no, I need to be sized. She measured me around the waist and told me maybe I needed to go to Victoria Secret as she didn’t think she had that band size in store.
