Customer service at Torrid has gone downhill big time. The store always looks like a hot mess. I went in one day needing help with some bras and couldn’t get a single employee to assist me. Then this weekend, one of their employees followed my mom and me around the store the entire time, which made us feel really uncomfortable. We ended up leaving. We spend a lot of money at Torrid.
