I write a mixed review, night & day experience I had in The Torrid in Poughkeepsie. 1st off my bad experience, On Thursday Night (05/01). I was at the mall with the intention of running into Torrid for some essentials leggings& camis, i did come in late in the hours of operation but i think that in no way excuses the behavior of the young sales associate who was closing. Today I was shopping at my local Poughkeepsie, NY store and was extremely upset by the way I was treated by your employee Nicole. She was rude and very unprofessional.
