Used to be a time when I could go to this location and the employees/manager actually cared about their consumers. Not anymore! I returned 2 pairs of pants I purchased online because they were too big. I purchased 1 pair from in store and took the rest as credit back to my original payment method. When I got home I realized that I was not refunded the total amount I paid for the 2 pairs I returned AND I was charged $28 more than the on-line price for the 1 pair I purchased in store. I went by on Sunday to find an outfit for an interview. Miranda helped me find just that. She went around with me making suggestions and just being so patient. And I did get the job. 😊
