The store manager Carrie is horrible!!! I have been a torrid customer for many years and she is ruining the torrid experience. I will probably avoid going into the store because of her horrible miserable attitude. She is a very unpleasant person. I know torrid is losing customers because of her.
I love Torrid but the last few times I have gone to the Pensacola store the red head I guess "Manager" is not nice. She seems miserable and brings the vibe of the whole store down.. there is another manager there with short curly hair that is so wonderful! Her spirit brings up the entire store and makes shopping so enjoyable. Whoever employee number 518258 needs to be reevaluated for their position and seriously coached. She's rude and has zero people skills and isn't helpful at all... I wouldn't want to ask her for help eve... read more
