I am so sick of this store. The customer service line is terrible. They are overpriced for the quality. The website will list something as in store pick up. Then after you checkout and PAY, they switch the items to ship to store. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. This time I did the order at a store out of town and diligently chose items that were ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STORE PICK UP. I checkout online and pay. Very nice staff. Beautiful clothing
I love Torrid! Everytime I go out of town I make a pit stop at every Torrid I can find. This store I was very disappointed in, the sales representative was very dismissive towards me. I asked to price match a pair of pants she gave me so much hassle about it. Kept rolling her eyes at me. Did not give me a receipt. It didn't even go to my email. I understand people have off days, but this was the worst Torrid I have ever been too.
