Went in just to check out the great sale on clearance but I will be back for the amazing customer service and cute tops! Sarah was extremely kind and helpful, she knew exactly when I could use a fitting room and she saved me some money with the rewards program! Plus found me similar items that I might have missed. Excellent shopping experience that can only happen in store, thank you!
I have been searching for a bathing suit top, Jaime and sol helped shipped it to my house. These ladies are awesome and I will definitely keep coming back to this torrid.
Great selection and always helpful staff.
Jamie and her team at Citrus Park are amazing! I almost didn’t shop at Torrid because of a bad experience at the Westshore branch. I’m so glad I gave them a second chance! The ladies are so nice every time I go in and the clothes are quality, fantastic, and fit amazingly! Thank you guys!!
I went in last Friday to get a new top and I had to leave. Jamie and the girls there are always so nice and great to talk to when I'm in but the the new manager (Kya?) was really rude to the employees there. I don't want to shop at a store that talks to people like that. I went back today and thankfully she wasn't there and I got my top! 🥰
