I took my elderly Mom to the Torrid in the Nashua Mall this Saturday, and I cannot say enough good things. She has been putting off getting new clothes, and really wasn't looking forward to it. Manager Mindy took the time to get to know her preferences and brought her a bunch of stuff to try on and really made her feel taken care of. She really made it a wonderful experience for my Mom. Went on Saturday night the 2 ladies working did not even acknowledge me and my mother We did a whole lap around the store after being ignored we decided to leave as i was walking out i said hi how are you today to even get noticed the woman then proceeded to acknowledge me after i addressed her i was asked if there was anything she could help me with like seriously after being ignored no i will just go to a different torrid or order online . I work in retail and never experienced unprofessionalism as i did at torrid
