I spent almost 10 minutes walking around the store looking for underwear, but no one offered assistance or asked if I needed help. The selection for size 2 was very limited. I was offered a 10% discount on a torn bra in my size, which still would have cost $27. There were only three bras in my size without underwire (wire-free), and two of them were beige. Overall, I was disappointed with both the customer service and the limited selection available.
The woman working there were so helpful, had great suggestions on outfits!
Liz is always so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The store itself is always kept cleaned and organized. No fault of the staff in the store.... I do wish the location itself would get more of the options that are available online.
I unfortunately did not get the employee's name but I was here on March 25 around noon and I showed her the item I was looking for (my wife sent me to find a specific pair of Spanx). She found it for me within seconds. Very helpful!
