Staff were helpful
I was there a few days ago to pick up an order of 7 things. Grabbed a few more things to try all on. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. I would have tried 4 of the same in different sizes. I got dressed went to return 4 pairs of jeans. Grabbed 2 in different sizes as I was not going back to change room. I get home and both pairs of jeans have the dye tags still on. Worst service ever and they were not busy. Now back again for a refund on things I would have kept. Not happy and will not go back after I get my refund.
Friendly staff, comfortable store. Wish there were more options for bottoms
A great place to shop for bigger sizes no matter who you are. Wish it was a bigger location but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!
Friendly , helpful staff!! Quality clothes with flattering styles! Edit: the new workers racially profile people. I rarely make complaints like this unless it's obvious and uncomfortable. I've stopped going to this Torrid a while ago. It's unfortunate that people still behave like this.
