The south common location has a very rude employee at the till. I took a pair of leggings out of the sleeve so I could look at the waist. I brought them up to the till so she could fold them properly and slide them back in the sleeve. I could have just an easily dropped them on the shelf and not brought them up to her. I was having a shitty day on dec24, I was grumpy, unfocused, stressed.... Thought that retail therapy would help. I was greeted with kindness and empathy, both staff that were on balanced the store including helping me which was impressive considering the day they were working. It was Emma and another, I apologize for not asking her name! I found so many things that made me feel comfortable, pretty and happy! I was browsing the store on crutches. I have a broken leg. No one approached to offer to help me, even when I was attempting to carry a few pieces of clothing to a change room, while also holding my crutches. The store itself is nice, well laid out, not overly crowded. The clothing is standard Torrid clothing, at Torrid prices. But the staff could be more helpful, especially when it's obvious that a patron needs help.

So happy to finally find a bra that fits! The service was a bit pushy but still very nice. Prices are not great.
