I had such an amazing experience shopping at Torrid! Miriam and Sonya were absolutely incredible — so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I was looking for (and even a few things I didn’t know I needed!). They made sure I found the perfect fit, and for the first time in years, I was able to wear styles I thought I’d never enjoy again. I left the store feeling confident, happy, and excited about my new clothes. Huge thank you to Miriam and Sonya for making my day — I’ll definitely be back!

I finally have clothing thats worth wearing and feel confident in. You ladies didn't know it at the time..but I am refov3ring from Agoraphobia..and today way my first trip to BCC in 12 years. I wanted to thank Miriam at BCC store so much for saving my day on July 12th ! I was going to a concert that night and she pulled the perfect pants I was looking for that she originally was holding for herself but had decided before she wasn’t going to get them. Saved me going to multiple stores to track down the look I was going for. Really made such a difference and my whole day, the Festi pants in black were perfect for the concert as I went to Budweiser stage lawn and it was really hot that day. nice + sized clothes, friendly staff.
The clothes were nice and we really liked the staff at this location, especially Sarah who helped us find the right sizes. Definitely recommend going here
