3rd time trying to come for them to be closed for an hour break. All three times were at different times this time was on a Thursday at 6:45. Guess I'm going to start calling before making a trip to the store
Can we get someone to work during employees lunch breaks. Arrived after fighting traffic & had to wait 20 min. For sales rep to come back from lunch break. Just to wait & you guys not have what I came for!
The staff was welcoming and so helpful. They were patient and the store was clean.
When I first went to Torrid a few years ago, it was great. Now, not so much. They make a point of giving you Torrid cash, based on your amount spent, but set unusual parameters as to its use that are more favorable to them, not the shopper. The clothes are overly pricey for NO reason, even the clearance prices often leave me scratching my head. Plus sized clothes with Super Sized prices.
