If I can give it zero stars, I would!!!! I have been a loyal, regular customer at this location for a long time, and unfortunately today was the final straw. The two employees working here consistently make customers feel unwelcome. Their demeanor is cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They selectively decide when they want to be polite and when they don’t — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no basic customer service. The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. The selection of styles and sizes is usually good for everything except lingerie and sometimes leggings. Torrid's fabric quality has gone downhill badly, though.

Made and online purchase and my first purchase from Torrid. I called and spoke with Ms. Kristin(not sure on spelling) and advise the day I could pick up my purchase. She waa polite, professional and accommodating. I went in the store and it was so nice, clean and well organized. I was pressed for time, so I didn't get to look and try on; but I will be back.. My Kristin was actually working the day I picked up and nicer in person. Thank you for the great service.
