I visited a few weeks ago looking for shorts for an event I’m going to, I found a pair, but they didn’t quite work for what I needed, so I ended up returning them because I found something else online that did end up working. The cashiers were super friendly during my first visit… I go in to return the pair of shorts today, because I didn’t need them, and the cashier lectured me on letting them order it in the store because they loose the sale if it’s ordered online. If I can give it zero stars, I would!!!! I have been a loyal, regular customer at this location for a long time, and unfortunately today was the final straw. The two employees working here consistently make customers feel unwelcome. Their demeanor is cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They selectively decide when they want to be polite and when they don’t — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no basic customer service. The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. The selection of styles and sizes is usually good for everything except lingerie and sometimes leggings. Torrid's fabric quality has gone downhill badly, though.
