Kristen & Johanna are absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure that I had an exceptional experience while shopping in this store! I have never received the level of customer service that I received from these ladies at any other Torrid location!
Every time I go to this location, I am reminded of why I try not to shop there - I usually go to the Torrid location at the Charlotte Premium Outlets but that location is now a clearance store. In my most recent visit, no one greeted me upon entering the store. I shopped for about 10 minutes and then proceeded to the dressing room to try on the items. Very Happy with the customer service, employees too the time to try and find the sizes I needed online. Was able to help me investigate why my rewards info wasn't coming up & it was a simple misspelling in my email.
