Today was the first time since torrid opened in Kelowna that I walked in and was totally ignored by staff. Any other time they welcome you coming through the door come by after a few minutes to see if the can help. If you have items in your arms the usually ask if they can get a room started for you. In my third trimester, looking for comfy, stylish clothes that would fit me. First time in the store, the staff were wonderful and friendly, everything I liked was on sale. I had a wonderful shopping experience!

I was needing a certain style boot and called around to many different torrid’s in my area. I had NO luck at all… UNTIL I decided to call the torrid in Kelowna (I used to live there and have many friends there who could ship to me) Natasha was the amazing, kind woman who answered the phone and I told her what I needed.
