10-26-25 The service I received today at Torrid Orchard Park Mall was above and beyond excellent. And this is not the first time H.D. and Natasha have been kind, helpful, and run off their feet to service the customers. While I was in the change room Natasha was calling customers by name and offering to help get other sizes. Asking how we were doing. And she was my extra steps as my right knee makes me limp. Today was the first time since torrid opened in Kelowna that I walked in and was totally ignored by staff. Any other time they welcome you coming through the door come by after a few minutes to see if the can help. If you have items in your arms the usually ask if they can get a room started for you. Today I walked around with 6 items in my arms and no one cared.when I went to the change room I had to walk all the way in to find the staff member to get a room.
