Customer service ? What is that, how is it you walk into a store shop for 10 mins and not one person said hello. There was 3 ladies working! This store is not welcoming at all You are a plus size women’s store, You should be a lot more welcoming. Take a look at fat sisters in Victoria and see how they treat folks
Haven't been in before. Great selection but terrible customer service. No one said hello to me, told me the sales, or offered a changing room as I walked around with my hands full. I walked by multiple staff (4 people working) with nothing. I asked for a change room. No one came to check in on me or ask if i needed more sizes. I had to get redressed to go out and look at bra sizes again. Even when checking out the girl seems to occupied with tagging items instead of welcoming me up to the till.
