Love Torrid Wish there was more boots in store.
I was needing a certain style boot and called around to many different torrid’s in my area. I had NO luck at all… UNTIL I decided to call the torrid in Kelowna (I used to live there and have many friends there who could ship to me) Natasha was the amazing, kind woman who answered the phone and I told her what I needed. I tried to purchase a couple things last Saturday and was completely ignored by several staff members. I stood at the counter for over 2 minutes waiting for someone to check me out, when someone did come up another staff member yelled at her to move because she needed a computer immediately. The lady that was going to help me moved to another till and started helping a lady that had walked up behind me before me. I ended up leaving without my purchases and will not be returning. My favorite place to buy clothes. The quality is excellent, and their sales are amazing! It’s really the only place you can get trendy, super cute styles over a size 12, which is really sad. But that’s why Torrid is so great. The website offers 10x the selection and lots of stuff can be shipped to the store so u don’t have the pay for shipping.
