I hate shopping for clothes because of my size. Hubby shopped alone earlier today and begged me to come try on a dress. Their clothes are really cute and we ended up buying that dress. They gave us coupons for future purchases. The girls working there were really nice and friendly.
Entered Torrid for the very first time just now to pick up an online order. I NEEDED to make sure to leave a review for a delightful young lady named Jody. The cashier asked my mom if she wanted to sign up for a card. My mom asked if the card was a credit card? They said it was NOT a credit card and could only be used at torrid. Another customer heard the conversation and said the card DOES hit your credit report and that’s when we knew the cashier was lying. Torrid, please have your employees be transparent about your credit cards because this is not acceptable
the lady that helped me find bras today was SO nice, definitely some of the best customer service i have ever had! i recommend this place if you have a bigger bust and have questions about bra sizing!
ALRIGHT I will admit I used to work at Torrid like 10 years ago so I have always had extremely high standards for retail customer service and I will admit I deviated and went to lane Bryant last week and had such a bad experience where everyone ignored me and make feel feel insane for asking for help!
