the lady that helped me find bras today was SO nice, definitely some of the best customer service i have ever had! i recommend this place if you have a bigger bust and have questions about bra sizing!
ALRIGHT I will admit I used to work at Torrid like 10 years ago so I have always had extremely high standards for retail customer service and I will admit I deviated and went to lane Bryant last week and had such a bad experience where everyone ignored me and make feel feel insane for asking for help! VIP for years and I’ll NEVER spend my money in this location ever again and the manager needs fired. I’d walked in with 500$ cash to spend - I also had another 300$ in torrid cash and a 20$ coupon - it was a special day for me because as a full time Foster Mom for DHHS for therapeutic level kids who also works a full time job it was my first day to myself since December. This is by far my favorite place to shop for clothes. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm pretty regular, so staff know me by name!!
