I love shopping Torrid, as I can always find something cute that fits my curves. The employees have always been super nice, and I love their selection. I recently visited and was able to find exactly what I came for. Some days, I just come in to look around, and others, I am looking for something particular.
The team on duty helped me exchange and re-order some gifts for my wife. Will visit again—thanks!
I love the staff here, and getting clothes shipped to the store is easy and free from the website or app. The natural light in the store is great! They have a solid selection of shoes, too. And the staff will help you order anything you need. Unfortunately they rarely carry the larger sizes on their spectrum. This is not the staff’s fault. It’s becoming common with lots of stores that cater to “larger” sizes to just not have those sizes in the store for anything other than leggings and t-shirts.
My first time going to the Torrid store (12/14/24). Haley was very nice, and she helped me exchange the sweater I had purchased online. She helped me pick out an outfit as well. If you are a size 10-30, this is the store to shop. Haley is awesome. 10 all the way.
