Had to return some jeans from online that didn’t fit right and everyone working today (September 20th) was so kind and patient with me and my one million pairs of jeans I had to try on. All knew and remembered my name. Return was smooth.
I had an amazing experience at this store. The lady named Victoria helped me in her every possible way and she was so helpful and nice.
A friend and I were dress shopping and I have to say Mel here was phenomenal! She was the right balance of attentive and suggested the right options to make my friend feel Bonita. It quickly became the winning shopping trip that we needed thanks to her! Only reason not a 5 is that they were clearly understaffed and the fitting room lay out is quite challenging for both staff and customers.

Torrid is THE store for plus size bras !! I had a positive and memorable customer experience at this store location and felt like I was well cared for. Krista was kind, friendly, attentive, respectful, patient, and ensured I'd go home knowing what a bra is actually supposed to feel like. 10/10 bought 3 quality bras for $130
