I love going to this store, as it has good selection of clothes that size from 16 up to size 28, ox to 3X in clothing sizes, I especially like their selection of bras and underwear. Curvy fit for all sizes. beautiful clothing for big beautiful women.
TLDR: Two tops missing from bags, one paid for one not paid for, never received either item or a refund. I asked if I could come in and pay for second one that wasn't on the receipt and get the one that I did pay for. Would not allow me to until manager dealt with issue. Was never resolved, never refunded for missing top and never got either. This is plus size clothing store with exceptionally high prices. Designs are good but too expensive for anyone to buy that. Even sale here doesn’t make sense bcuz whatever you buy , even whole store is on sale, they don’t give discount. I am unable to understand what 25% off on $50 purchase means to them . They didn’t give me off today even on more than $50 purchase. Sheer wastage of my time. I’ll double think now before buying anything from them.
I went to purchase a few items due to the fact that I received a bonus amount for my birthday. I enjoyed the try ons, and another customer sharing rave reviews for the clothing we tried on. She was very easy to talk with and agree on some of the clothes. The store has different areas set up for active wear, jeans wear, dress wear, lounge wear, and sales area. well managed store, and clean.
