Torrid is THE store for plus size bras !! I had a positive and memorable customer experience at this store location and felt like I was well cared for. Krista was kind, friendly, attentive, respectful, patient, and ensured I'd go home knowing what a bra is actually supposed to feel like. 10/10 bought 3 quality bras for $130
I love this store. I’ve been to the Abbotsford and South Surrey locations, and this one always surpasses the others! The service is unbeatable, they carry brands some of the other locations don’t, and the store is always clean with a considered layout, making it easy to shop.
I've always had a great experience shopping here. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and happy to help without being pushy. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but that's pretty standard for plus-size clothing, so it's not unexpected. I especially love shopping when there's a sale because you can find some really great deals. They have a great selection, and it's one of the few places where I can reliably find clothes that fit well and make me feel good.
I had the BEST experience shopping at the Guildford mall location. The store is thoughtfully laid out and every employee I encountered was super friendly and helpful. I especially wanted to shout out Jennifer, she was super helpful helping me figure out what size I was, as well as just super personable and definitely went the extra mile to make sure my experience was good and I found what I needed. All in all I had a great experience and will be shopping here again! 🥰
