The people in the store are always nice and helpful (which is why I’ve given 2 stars) but I am currently trying to get a refund from Torrid Global for an item that I ordered to store and was unable to pick up on time. The item wasn’t kept for the time period stated in the email and they haven’t issued a refund (I didn’t receive a refund email like I did for other items). I was into the store yesterday when they first opened and received expectional customer service from Victoria. She was very professional, honest and helped me with my purchases and gave me options. Thank you so much to the team here! I came here after going to the Abbotsford location because I was told this location sometimes has wedding dresses that are returned from online orders. I wasn't originally looking for a traditional style wedding dress, but after them pulling out several for me to try I was able to find a beautiful dress at a killer price and couldn't say no. The staff made me feel special while trying dresses on and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so so much!!
