There was a short girl working June 13th that was extremely rude over a fitting room. I felt like a criminal the way she approached and talked to me. I was ready to spend some money and I just left the store because I felt attacked. I will no longer be shopping at Torrid.
Very good staff and very nice
Had an amazing experience with this torrid and was helped by April. She was extremely patient as I tried on clothes and even let me nurse my son in the fitting room when I couldn’t find a nursing room anywhere in the mall
Love this store. I'm 6' 5" tall with size 13 and 14 women's 👠👠 I wish they carried more size 13's.
Had such an amazing experience. My wife was looking for a specific type of dress and the associate Dora was so helpful. She kept bringing her different things to try and was so kind! She definitely deserves the praise! We will be going back!
