Mary (the store manager) and Amy were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience. Both were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making me feel like a truly valued customer. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to this particular Torrid, it’s clear that great customer service is a priority here!
This location is a fun place to shop. The sales staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and upbeat. They offered great suggestions that aided me in making my final decisions on purchases. I will repeatedly return. Sales associate, Melissa, is great at helping with her professional input.
