Great sales a d super friendly staff!
Nothing against the store itself. The workers are amazing. However, torrid clothing has been becoming lower quality as the years go by. My shirts get holes within weeks, my $16 underwears trim comes undone in less than a week. The $30 leggings are see through. Absolutely atrocious. I will no longer be buying from the torrid brand. They are scamming us at this point.
This store is night and day better than the store at The Galleria in Franklin! Friendly staff, clean and bright fitting rooms. 10/10 recommend!!!

The customer service at this store used to be so great under Jennifer. Ever since she left and everyone else under her, I try to to avoid this place. Suzanne/Suzette (store manager) is not friendly, helpful, or personable. There's somehow an issue with me at this store when she's there, not anywhere else or with no one else. I honestly think she does it on purpose at this point. This was my favorite location and now it's Opry. Torrid, some changes aren't for the best!
