Not a fan of the customer service! I will only shop online!
The customer service at this store used to be so great under Jennifer. Ever since she left and everyone else under her, I try to to avoid this place. Suzanne/Suzette (store manager) is not friendly, helpful, or personable. There's somehow an issue with me at this store when she's there, not anywhere else or with no one else. I honestly think she does it on purpose at this point. This was my favorite location and now it's Opry. Torrid, some changes aren't for the best! We just left this location and we we first entered me and my fiancé were approached and the lady tried to sell us a light up sweater for Halloween, which was cute, but we didn’t want it because didn’t know how long the pack would last because we’d have to remove the battery pack every time we wash it so we didn’t want to buy that and then the lady in their caught an attitude and avoided us the entire time went up to purchase everything and check out and they were talking her and the gentleman associate about us about my fian... read more
