First experience there. I was very nervous as I find it hard to find clothes that I feel confident in and I specifically wanted something sexy to wear to a concert. I came into the store picking up 3 separate orders that were mine on February 1st. One order was only partial shipped and I asked them to please check since I placed two of them a day apart. The staff gave me a hard time before even checking and I had over $500 in merchandise I payed for and was picking up. There was literally nothing for them to do except grab it from the back.
