I came into the store picking up 3 separate orders that were mine on February 1st. One order was only partial shipped and I asked them to please check since I placed two of them a day apart. The staff gave me a hard time before even checking and I had over $500 in merchandise I payed for and was picking up. There was literally nothing for them to do except grab it from the back. They have a decent selection but the sizes available are limited. They do not carry many of their larger sizes
Staff today were impersonal, unfriendly and dismissive. It took about 10-15 mins before any interaction was made, once the lady in thick black glasses finally approached us, she was pushy and condescending. Her co-worker who rang me through wasn't helpful at first and acted like she didn't want to be there until I made the comment about "a girl in the past did it for me" then she changed her tune and helped me with my needs.
