I go to Torrid a lot and usually I just look around on my own. I needed a new bra and asked to be measured. Rachel helped me out and not only did she help me find my perfect size, but she also showed me how to adjust it so it fits better and gave me care instructions! Thank you so much for making a girl feel better about herself! Amazing service as always!

I went in looking for a Winter coat for my mother in law. I found the perfect coat and it was a perfect fit. The quality of the jacket is unmatched. I'm sure she will get years worth of wear. Very pleased. Can't wait to have more time to take advantage of the great deals.
I’ve been in the store multiple times recently and never not once has a sales associate greeted me or even looked in my direction. I also work in the mall and we greet every guest as they come in and acknowledge them. Unfortunately, I have a gift card to use but after that I won’t be back in this location based on poor customer service skills.
