Lady working there now hung up the phone on me. Very rude! I cannot shop in a store with rude employees
The Saturday before Christmas and they had 1 slow person on cash. I dumped the things I had where I was standing and left the store. Ridiculous to have only 1 person on cash with one speed… dead freaking slow. There was a line up because of it.
The staff at this Torrid are honestly the best. Very helpful and kind. It is a bit pricey there but very high quality so definitely worth it
I honestly had the best shopping experience today at Torrid. Each and every one of the girls who helped me were all beyond sweet and helpful. I could not stop raving to my sister who was with me how amazing my shopping experience was. Will definitely be back!
