I'm writing this review in hopes of reaching the attention of corporate. This is not a reflection of this particular store. Everytime I've been here the employees are super friendly and professional. The reason for the 1 star is because I'm so disappointed in this company. A couple of months ago I stopped coming to Torrid because the prices are insanely high for the low amount of quality it is offering in their clothing. They always are helpful, and they always have what my wife is looking for
This was my first time going into a Torrid. I was pleasantly surprised, I was sure I was going to be hounded to buy stuff. But nope! I have a ridiculously hard time finding bras. And Samantha was more than happy to help me. I felt like she was a best friend, I wasn't afraid to ask anything! She was great, awesome customer service skills as well as a sweet girl.
