I have shopped Torrid almost exclusively for years now and the girls at the store make shopping Torrid even that much better. The manager, Kim, and all the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful and very funny. Shopping at the store with these gals is an experience so make sure you plan ahead and give yourself a good hour.
