The staff at the Sudbury ON location are absolutely fantastic! Always very friendly, helpful, and patient. The store is kept very clean and organized. I hope this review reaches the right people because the staff really do deserve kudos!
Torrid sale said “ Buy one item, get 2 free”. Upon getting to cash was charged full price. Presented status, told not on sale items.
I have shopped Torrid almost exclusively for years now and the girls at the store make shopping Torrid even that much better. The manager, Kim, and all the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful and very funny. Shopping at the store with these gals is an experience so make sure you plan ahead and give yourself a good hour.
